What's not a good idea is sidelining your lawyers just before a court case and taking on one of the richest and most popular men in the world BY YOURSELF!

Yes, Heather Mills is set to represent herself at a court hearing as she demands £50m off Macca. Genius.

Has she read 'An Idiots Guide To Being A Lawyer' this week and become qualified, or maybe been watching 'Erin Brokovich' on ITV3? The court case starts on Monday, so Heather has at least a weekend of 'Ironside' to brush up on legal technique and we've all seen the clips that prove she has knowledge of 'A Few Good Men'.
