During one of his monologues, host Jon Stewart poked fun of pregnant Angelina Jolie.
He said, “Earlier, I mentioned there were two very famous quite pregnant actresses here tonight. Actually, I was incorrect. I’ve become aware that there’s a third. Jessica Alba is pregnant, Cate Blanchett is pregnant and Nicole Kidman is pregnant.” (Nic wasn’t in her seat, so they flashed a still image of her. She was there was on the merlot carpet, though.)
Continuing his joke, Jon gave out an imaginary Oscar: “The baby goes to…. (drumroll) Angelina Jolie. On my god, Angelina Jolie. I’m just stunned. It goes to Angelina Jolie. That’s terrific. Obviously Angelina couldn’t be with us tonight–it’s tough to get 17 babysitters on Oscars night. I’ll accept this baby on her behalf.”

Though she hasn't officially confirmed her pregnancy, I'd say the bump speaks for itself. And it's saying, "There's something in my oven, people."
On February 15, Brad Pitt, 44, and Angelina Jolie, 32 (plus, kids Maddox, 6, Pax, 4, Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 21 months), hit the slopes in the ski-resort town of Mammoth, California, US Magazine reports .
The clan, who flew in on a 14-seat plane owned by Jolie — neither she nor Pitt piloted — stayed in a rented home on the mountain (it was their second visit to the area this month).
Pitt took some of the kids for private lessons — “The children were thrilled to be in the snow,” a witness tells Hot Stuff — allowing Jolie some solo ski time.
“People recognized her, but she didn’t seem to mind,” says the source. “And she’s not a bad skier!”
(Skills aside, the pregnant Jolie shouldn’t be taking any chances: “If she fell, it could hurt the baby,” Richard Frieder, professor of obstetrics and gynecology at UCLA, tells Us.)
The only drawback to the fun-filled getaway? Its short length. The family was back in L.A. the next day.

Are Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt finally tying the knot? The National Enquirer is reporting that the couple are planning a wedding. "In the past when Brad pressed her to get married, Angelina always said no because she was happy with the way things were," a family source was quoted.
"But when Brad proposed again after they discovered they were having twins, she decided to follow her heart. With the babies on the way, they felt the time was right." Ah, they already have 4 kids, so why now?
The Enquirer is claiming that it's learned "exclusive" details about the couple's secret wedding in early February while they attended the Santa Barbara International Film Festival, where Angelina was honored with a prestigious award for her role in the film, A Mighty Heart.
"Angelina and Brad haven’t agreed on the exact time and place for their wedding, but they’re leaning toward having it on their beachfront property near Santa Barbara this spring,” said the inside source. "It will certainly occur well before Angelina gives birth, and it will be a very quiet, private affair with a few friends and close family. Brad’s folks will be there and, of course, Angelina’s brother. But the most important guests will be the children."
“They are 100 percent committed to each other, so a wedding will be the icing on the cake. They started out together on ‘Mr. & Mrs. Smith’ on the big screen and now they are going to be Mr. & Mrs. Pitt.”
I'll be really surprised if these two ever tie the knot. But stranger things have happened!

Insiders told the tabloid that Brad is devoted to both their adopted children and biological child. Still, Brad desired to sire another heir. He and Angie had several heated disagreements over whether to postpone another adoption in favor of a homemade baby.
Angie grew insecure and decided another biological child could relieve the tension. “Then, when she couldn’t get pregnant, Angelina worried that Brad might leave her,” a source confided to Enquirer. “That’s when she went to the specialist.” Finally in vitro fertilization provided Brangelina with not one baby, but twins!
“Brad and Angelina are absolutely thrilled, but Angelina is also very relieved,” the Enquirer’s insider said. “After trying for months to conceive naturally, she also began to fear that she’d never get pregnant again. She really believes that the new babies will finally put to rest the problems in their relationship.”
The 32-year-old actress was honored Saturday for her portrayal of Mariane Pearl, wife of slain journalist Daniel Pearl, in the film "A Mighty Heart." It's one of numerous awards Jolie has received for the role, but among the few she's personally collected.
"To be honest, I just heard that it was a beautiful festival, and one to take seriously," Jolie told Associated Press Television News.
The award was presented by Clint Eastwood, director of Jolie's upcoming drama "The Changeling."
"Clint Eastwood?Aww! Don't get me started," Jolie said. "I could talk forever about him. I could turn the whole evening into a Clint Eastwood evening. ... I think he's just a genuinely great guy. He's nice to everybody on set."
Jolie arrived with her partner, Brad Pitt, who did not speak to the media but briefly posed with Jolie for photos.
She said dealing with the insanity of Hollywood is much easier with Pitt and their children at her side. "I think it's the only way to juggle it," she said.
Besides her film career, Jolie, who won an Oscar for her part in the 1999 film "Girl, Interrupted," keeps busy with humanitarian efforts at home and abroad, including work with the United Nations as a goodwill ambassador.
Her friend George Clooney was recently named U.N. messenger of peace, but Jolie said she didn't have a clue what he should expect from the gig.
"I'm not sure exactly what his position is and what he's gonna do," she said. "But I know his heart is in the right place, and he's truly committed."
Jolie, who wore a black blouse and loose-fitting floor-length skirt, looked lean and not obviously pregnant. Publicists asked the media not to question her about reports that she may be with child again.
Jolie and Pitt have been tabloid staples since they began shooting "Mr. And Mrs. Smith" in 2004, when Pitt was still married to Jennifer Aniston but a romance with Jolie was blooming on the set.
What does Jolie think it will take for the press to move beyond their off-screen life and onto more significant things?
"I think it's going to take, partly, people wanting to learn those things," she said. "I mean, I know, that's what I look for when I wake up in the morning — when I go online or when I get the paper. And you can find it if you're looking for it. And you can avoid silliness if you want to. So it's a personal choice of each individual."

Since 2003, Aniston has been hosting the Oscar Awards' Night Before Party. Well, guess which do-good A-list actors will join the former Friends star this year? Yep, Ange and Brad have been invited to the list and the two past and present lovers to Brad Pitt are slated to meet face to face.
"Everybody in town is talking about what will happen that night," a source says.
I bet. But it might not happen. Aniston says she has prior commitments and may not be able to attend, though she would like to let bygones be bygones. "Jen's been ready to make peace for a while," the source says.
