we hear 50 Cent may be helping Ashanti plot revenge on Murder Inc. capo Irv Gotti. The songstress has been furious that her label's boss wouldn't deny rumors that they'd had an affair.

"She was pissed," says our source, "And now 50 Cent is trying to get her to be a part of G-Unit."

Fitty hasn't always been flattering toward Ashanti. He told Playboy that "her music is not the hottest s- in the world."

50 cent makes Paris Hilton cry

It's her party and she'll cry if she wants to.

During his performance at the Paris Hilton-hosted pre-Super Bowl party for 944 magazine last Friday night, 50 Cent gave a shout out to Paris, who then started singing in the front row.

Paris and 50 are good friends.

When the princess decided to get onstage and dance, the hip-hopper's crew and stagehands quickly instructed her to "Get the f**k off the stage." She started to cry and tried to plead with the party's production staff to let her dance, whining, "But it's my party!"

Her entourage swarmed the fotogs so they couldn't document the embarrassing belittlement but NewYork Post's Photag was there.

For the record Paris and 50 are still good friends.

Earlier in the evening Paris was in good spirits, telling us that while she's "rooting for both teams" and is a football fan because "my grandfather used to own the Chargers," she won't be watching Sunday's big game. "Um... I'll TiVo it," she claimed.

While Paris was crying, Terrell Owens was having a grand ol' time singing along to every 50 Cent song and jumping and dancing in front of the stage. Throngs of girls were screaming "T.O.! Even Kim Kardashian's half-brother, Brody Jenner, couldn't get into the VIP section at first. His angry publicist started running through the exclusive lounge screaming, "Brody can't get in! Brody can't get in!"

Others in attendance at the party in Scottsdale, Ariz., were Dennis Rodman, Snoop Dogg, Donovan McNabb, Ludacris, Mekhi Phifer and Ne-Yo.

During his recent 'beef' with Kanye West, 50 Cent apparently claimed that he would quit making music if his new album Curtis got outsold by his rival rapper's Graduation LP. West threw down the gauntlet with his Daft Punk-stealing, fist pumping, number one smash 'Stronger' earlier in the month, so it's time for Fiddy to put his music where his mouth is.

Fortunately for fans of the gun-shot friendly hip-hop star it doesn't look as though he will be hanging up his lyric sheets just yet. If the filthy slab of beats and macho posturing of 'Ayo Technology' is representative of Curtis then it should sell by the bucket load. Any fears that Fiddy may have been approaching a creative standstill are allayed by this tantalising snippet from his hotly anticipated third album.

Joined by his sex-scamp, partner-in-crime Justin Timberlake, the records oozes with filth. It's not surprising to hear the working title for the tune was at one point 'Ayo Pornography'. The pair spit lyrics about an anonymous seductress who they want to "give it to", over a sultry, seductive rhythm. Fiddy is in a particular smutty mood, muttering the typically unsubtle lines: "She knows just how to move to seduce you / She's gonna do the right thing and touch the right spot / Dance in you're lap till you're ready to pop." I think you probably get the idea.

'Ayo Technology' is a swaggering, cocksure track that should see the hip-hop supremo barging his way back to the top of the hip-hop tree.
