Big-screen sex symbol Eva Mendes has checked into a rehab facility to battle a substance abuse problem according to TMZ. For the past several weeks she’s been staying at The Cirque Lodge outside of Sundance, Utah, the same rehab Lindsay Lohan spent several months.
