In court documents obtained by PageSix, Bryan and lawyer Ivan Taback are granted temporary co-trustee powers to the SJP Revocable Trust, a trust "established by Britney to hold substantially all of her assets."
The trust had been entirely in Brit's name, however, according to the court files, other people can be added to the if the acting trustee "is under a legal disability or if by reason of illness or mental or physical disability, in the written opinion of two doctors then practicing medicine, he or she is unable to manage his or her affairs."
In stranger news, Sam Lutfi's spokesperson Michael Sands dropped off documents at the courthouse today requesting that both Brit's custody and conservatorship cases be moved to the federal courts where the pop mom's "civil liberties" can be better protected.
When PageSix asked public information officer Allan Parachini about the request, he expressed that it was unprecendented.
